NIA court issues non-bailable warrants against LeT chief Hafiz Saeed and others in terror-funding case in J&K

Vinay Express News, New Delhi. A Delhi court has issued non-bailable warrants against Lashkar-e-Taiba chief and 26/11 Mumbai attack mastermind Hafiz Saeed and others in a terror-funding related money laundering case in Jammu and Kashmir. National Investigation Agency (NIA) court took cognisance of a chargesheet filed by Enforcement Directorate under various provisions of money laundering act. Special Judge Praveen Singh issued a production warrant against Kashmiri businessman Zahoor Ahmad Shah Watali, separatist Altaf Ahmad Shah alias Funtoosh and businessman from the UAE Naval Kishore Kapoor. Watali’s company Trison Farms and Construction Pvt Ltd has also been arrayed as accused by the court while issuing the non-bailable warrants.

Mumbai attack mastermind Hafiz Saeed is in Pakistan now while Watali, Funtoosh and Kapoor are lodged in Tihar jail.
